We do not want to restrict you from shopping at your favorite online fashion store and thus there are no restrictions on quantity that you can order.
We are happy to do so and at present place only Cash on Delivery orders for you.
You will receive a confirmation email and SMS .We will try to dispatch your order within 24 to 48 hours from our warehouse and will keep you informed at every step. You can also track your order through our website from “My Account” section. It sometimes takes up to 24 hours for the tracking to be updated after an order is handed over to the delivery service provider.
We accept Master/Visa credit cards and all major Debit Cards. We also have an option of net banking and Cash on Delivery for our customers.
Tax is levied on the sale of any commodity, which here represents Good and Service Tax (GST). This tax is collected and deposited by wulf.co.in to the relevant government authorities.

If your card is debited and no order placed, no need to panic at all!

Please check your bank/credit card account, as if the money is debited on a failed transaction, it will be rolled back into your account within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please contact your bank for updates.

If the transaction is successful and the money has been credited to our account we would initiate refund within 3 days of your request.

Yes, you may cancel an order within 24 hours from the time of placing the order. Login in to wulf.co.in, click on “My Account” and select the order which you wish to cancel. Cancel the order by clicking on “cancel order” button.
Though we would love to deliver you your purchase every time you order from us but sometimes due to product failing quality checks at our end we would be forced to cancel your order.
At present we deliver only in India.

For all Online Order our Delivery service providers will make three attempts to deliver before the product will be returned to our warehouse. After this it may be re-dispatched as per customer's request.

In case of Cash on Delivery Order, the Delivery Service provider normally calls before making delivery attempt. If customer is not present when our delivery service provider attempts to deliver the order, three more attempts are made automatically and after that product is returned to our warehouse.

Each order is shipped only to a single address. However if you wish to ship products to different addresses, you may do so by placing multiple orders.
Free shipping is available on all products. A Non-refundable charge of Rs. 99/- will be applied to all orders below Rs. 500/-.

Refund

Wulf is devoted to achieve complete customer satisfaction with regards to all our products available in the website as well as customer service points. Should you choose to return the product purchased from our website, we will refund the price of your purchase once we receive the product. We only accept the return of those products that are in its original unused condition with tags and invoice intact, otherwise refund may not be possible. The refund will be processed and credited to the original credit or debit card used to purchase the item within 15 working days.

Warranty

Wulf bag and jeans are covered by limited consumer warranty. Our warranty applies when the product is used for intended purposes under normal conditions. However, the warranty does not cover damage occurred due to improper handling, care, misuse or accidental damage of the Wulf product. The natural wearing and tearing of the material like fabric abrasion, zipper damages beyond warranty are not covered. Additionally, we are not liable for any incidental or consequential loss of personal property. Wulf has rights to repair or reject any product after thorough evaluation. Further, if the item is deemed to be irreparable, we may replace a jeans of equal or lower cost at our own discretion. The replacement of the jeans must be claimed within a period of 30 days. In the event of failure to select a replacement, Wulf claims no more liability. If the customer does not wish to replace the bag and jeans, the product will be returned back in the same condition.

    Need to return – Few points to remember
    • Returns/exchange request need to be within 15 days of the delivery of product
    • Please fill the returns form for easy processing of refunds
    • All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons, and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.

    • In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to wulf.co.in. In this case, an amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed in the customer’s account towards shipping costs in the form of a coupon code. This will be done post the quality check of all the received items

    • Reverse pick up from your shipping address: Our reverse pick-up facility is currently available only in select locations, which fall under the service network of our courier partners.
    • Self-ship: In case your pin code is not serviced by our courier partner, you will have to self-ship the product(s) back to us, to reach our Returns Department. For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed INR 100 towards your shipping costs as a voucher which can be used for future purchase on our website. The same is subject to your returns being inspected and quality checked on receipt in our warehouse.
